Extruded aluminium 6063 T5 glazed to sliding glass using polyurethane adhesive

Handle
Glass filled nylon with stainless steel spring, mechanically fastened to glass using 2 countersunk stainless steel screws through nylon bushes

Flocked rubber channel linings
Spray flocked extruded EPDM keyed and bonded into mainframe channel

Extruded black E.P.D.M. keyed into mainframe channel

5mm thermally toughened safety glass complying with NZ5443 and AS2080, all edges arrissed, with pyrolytically applied black ceramic band to surface two for bonding

Top Sliding Windows

Top sliding window for bodyside saloon consist of bottom fixed glass bonded to a window frame incorporating double sliding glasses. The sliding glass is unframed at the top and leading edge and incorporates a weather bar at the centre with a slider rail at the bottom edge. The sliding glass is operated by a locking handle mounted at the leading edge which catches on the frame.

The unit facilitates bonded mounting with a flanged mainframe upper and flush bottom glass.
